ストリームの概要
このストリームは、BC州の保健当局から医療従事者としてジョブオファーを受けている方が永住権を申請できる制度です。
また、Express Entryとの併願対象の制度です。
申請者の条件
以下のいずれかの職種で、BC州の保健当局から以下の条件を満たすジョブオファーを受けている。

※1 NOC 33100（歯科助手）としてジョブオファーを受けた申請者は、BC州において当該職種に従事するための免許を保有している必要があります。無免許の歯科助手（チェアサイド歯科助手など）は、BCPNPの対象外となります。
※2 NOC 33102（介護助手・地域保健福祉従事者）としてジョブオファーを受けた申請者は、「BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker registry」に登録されている必要があります。
※3 NOC 42201（社会福祉・地域サービス従事者）としてジョブオファーを受けた申請者は、社会福祉または地域保健サービス分野のDiplomaまたは学位を取得している必要があります。

・無期雇用（正社員）である

※医師、看護師、助産師の場合は保健当局の直接雇用でない場合でも申請が可能な場合があります。
※医師、看護師、助産師としてBC州ですぐに働ける状態であり、保健当局（助産師であれば助産師診療グループ）からの以下の内容が記載されている推薦状・サポートレターが必要となります。
– 資格
– 勤務地
– 医師、看護師、または助産師として、BC州で働いていること（あるいはいつでも就労開始できる状態であること）
– 保健当局、または助産師診療グループがBCPNP申請のサポートをすること
- カナダの保健局（Health Canada）が提示する各職種の要件を満たしている
- その職種での業務に従事できる職歴・学歴・免許がある
- 高校卒業以上の学歴がある
- CLB（NCLC）4以上の英語力またはフランス語力がある
- BC州に居住・就労し、経済的に定着する意思がある
申請プロセス（Non-Express Entryの場合)
申請条件を満たした申請者は、オンラインでの申請が可能です。
申請内容に問題がなく、審査に合格すると、Confirmation of Nominationレターが発行されます。
BCPNPから推薦を受けてから、6ヶ月以内にカナダ移民省（IRCC）に永住権申請の提出を完了します。
追加書類提出、バイオメトリクス、健康診断等、審査期間中はIRCCからリクエストが届きますので、審査進捗をよく確認しましょう。
審査が完了し申請内容に問題がなければ、IRCCから最終確認のEメールが届きます。
審査完了時に申告した住所にPRカードが届きます。
