以前こちらのニュースでお伝えしたとおり、本日2022年11月16日より、
NOCのスキルレベルにTEERシステムが導入されました。これにより、カナダでより需要の高い分野、例えば医療、建設、輸送などの分野において、グローバルな人材の受け入れが可能になるとされています。出典

Express Entryに登録をしていて、ITA（Imvitation to Apply）を待っている人は、従来の４桁のものから→TEERの５桁のものに、登録をしなおす必要があります。この変更手続きを行わないと、ドローイングの対象とはならなくなってしまうのでご注意ください。
なお、2022年11月16日変更当日からしばらくは、カナダ移民局政府サイトへのアクセスがしづらくなっています。

新しいNOCの番号の見方について

NOCのMatricはこちらのページに掲載されています。

新しいNOCは5桁であらわされます。冒頭の１桁目は業種です。

  1. Business, finance and administration occupations
  2. Natural and applied sciences and related occupations
  3. Health occupations
  4. Occupations in education, law and social, community and government services
  5. Occupations in art, culture, recreation and sport
  6. Sales and service occupations
  7. Trades, transport and equipment operators and related occupations
  8. Natural resources, agriculture and related production occupations
  9. Occupations in manufacturing and utilities

冒頭から２桁目がTEERの番号を表します。
TEER：0、1、2、3　までがスキル職種であり、 TEER：4、5　はスキル職種ではありません。

例　COOK 6320
　→１桁目が６なので「 Sales and service occupation」
　→２桁目が３なので「スキル職種３」

Skilled職にアップグレードした１６の職種

新しいTEERの分類に変わったことにより、Skilled職としてアップグレードした職種が１６個あります。

  • payroll administrators
  • dental assistants and dental laboratory assistants
  • nurse aides, orderlies and patient service associates
  • pharmacy technical assistants and pharmacy assistants
  • elementary and secondary school teacher assistants
  • sheriffs and bailiffs
  • correctional service officers
  • by-law enforcement and other regulatory officers
  • estheticians, electrologists and related occupations
  • residential and commercial installers and servicers
  • pest controllers and fumigators
  • other repairers and servicers
  • transport truck drivers
  • bus drivers, subway operators and other transit operators
  • heavy equipment operators
  • aircraft assemblers and aircraft assembly inspectors

Skilled職ではなくなってしまった職種

残念ながら、下記は今回の改定によりSkilled職ではなくなってしまいました。

  • Other performers (NOC 55109, previously NOC 5232)
  • Program leaders and instructors in recreation, sport and fitness (NOC 54100, previously NOC 5254)
  • Tailors, dressmakers, furriers and milliners (NOC 64200, previously NOC 6342).
