①サポートする人が就労ビザを保持している場合
条件１：就労ビザの残りの期限が16ヶ月以上であること
条件２：TEER0, 1の職種で就労していること
条件３：TEER2, 3の職種で就労している場合は以下の職種に該当していること

②サポートする人が学生ビザを保持している場合
条件１：通学中のプログラムが以下のいずれに該当すること
◆16ヶ月以上のMaster’s degree program
◆Doctoral degree program
◆その他のEligible program (下記参照)
◆以下のProfessional degree programs (大学でのプログラムのみ)
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS, DMD)
- Bachelor of Law or Juris Doctor (LLB, JD, BCL)
- Doctor of Medicine (MD)
- Doctor of Optometry (OD)
- Pharmacy (PharmD, BS, BSc, BPharm)
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN, BSN)
- Bachelor of Nursing Science (BNSc)
- Bachelor of Nursing (BN)
- Bachelor of Education (BEd)
- Bachelor of Engineering (BEng, BE, BASc)
条件２：ビザの残りの期限が６ヶ月以上であること
また、学生ビザ保持者の配偶者が就労ビザを延長したい場合、以下の条件を満たす必要があります。
条件１：ポスグラ申請が可能なプログラムにフルタイムで通学していること
条件２：通学中のセメスター/タームが、そのプログラムの最後のセメスター/タームでないこと
配偶者就労ビザ申請対象外
サポートする人 (主申請者) が以下に該当する場合、配偶者就労ビザを申請することはできません。
■難民申請を行っている場合
■執行不可能な退去命令の対象となっている場合
■ポスグラを申請し、その結果がまだ出ていない場合
■配偶者就労ビザを保持している場合
すでに発行されている配偶者就労ビザの延長条件
①現在有効な配偶者就労ビザを保有しており、サポートする人が学生ビザの延長申請をする際に配偶者就労ビザの延長申請も同時にする場合
または
②サポートする人のビザよりも短い期間の配偶者就労ビザが発行されていおり、サポートする人のビザの残り期限が６ヶ月以上である場合
上記の場合、下記の条件を満たせば配偶者就労ビザの延長申請が可能です。
